Announcement Regarding Cypress-Klein Utility District and Harris County Constable, Precinct 4, Agreement Regarding Security Services

Cypress-Klein Utility District (the “District”) has entered into an agreement with Constable Mark Herman, Harris County Constable, Precinct 4, for Deputy Constables to begin providing additional police services to citizens within the boundaries of the District.

The District encourages citizens that are experiencing a true, life-threatening emergency to call 911. For all other matters, citizens should contact Harris County Constable, Precinct 4, Dispatch at 281-376-3472.

Notice of Residential Garage Collection Service Schedule Change

Texas Pride Disposal (“Texas Pride”) currently provides garbage and recycling collection service to residents of Cypress-Klein Utility District. Texas Pride collects recycling one day per week on Saturday and collects garbage two days per week on Wednesday and Saturday. On Saturdays, Texas Pride collects garbage twice with the first collection of garbage occurring between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and a second collection of garbage occurring after 12:00 p.m. Effective January 1, 2019, the first collection of garbage on Saturday shall occur between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and the second collection of garbage shall occur after 11:00 a.m. Recycling collection remains unchanged.

Government Code, Chapter 551, that the Board of Directors of Cypress-Klein Utility District will meet in regular session, open to the public, at 5:30 p.m., on Monday, November 12, 2018, at the District Building, 15705 North Greenfield Drive, Spring, Texas 77379.
